This is great news for those who are feeling blue, because any passing moment could bring a wave of relief. On the other side of the coin, this awareness prepares us for the darkness to come the moment are bright hours lose their luster.

Nothing is permanent. Everything is ever-moving, ever-changing, ever-dying and being born anew. The only constant is Presence, the unwavering space of vigilance that precedes every form of Existence that passes through it.
